Ben Madrigal started dancing at the age of eight in Ramsey, Minnesota, later furthering his dance education in St. Cloud. His professional career began with the St. Cloud State University Dance Team, where he coached and choreographed.

 

After traveling to Los Angeles to train in all styles of dance, he spent 4 years traveling with The Pulse On Tour, as a Protégé. Ben also danced for CRASH, which is a local professional, contemporary company in Minneapolis.

 

Heading into their seventh season, Ben is the Creative Director of Urban Dance Productions in Coon Rapids; the studio boasts versatile students and has achieved many competitive accolades at regional and national levels. He was awarded the 2019 Innovator of the Year by Masquerade Dane Competition.

 

With multiple choreography awards Ben still continues to reach new heights with his choreography and innovative style. Continuing to dance, choreograph, and educate dancers all over the State and U.S., Ben hopes to inspire the next generation of dancers to continue to be unapologetic for their art form and reach beyond their greatest potential.
